About NRS Consulting
NRS Consulting was founded by Noah Schneiderman to provide small businesses and organizations with effective ways to manage information and function more efficiently. From budget and scheduling management to real estate valuation and strategy to cash flow and debt structuring analysis, NRS Consulting provides diverse solutions for a variety of business needs.
Noah currently serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of The Trustees of Reservations where he oversees finance, human resources, information technology and asset management. Prior to joining The Trustees, Noah was the Chief Financial Officer at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum where he led the museum's financial operations during an extraordinary period of growth, securing the organizations's first tax-exempt bond issuance for its new building and overseeing its operating budget and capital program. Before the Gardner, Noah worked as the Finance Manager at the Massachusetts State College Building Authority (MSCBA) and as an urban and campus planner at Sasaki Associates.
A graduate of Dartmouth College with a dual-degree in Geography and Studio Art, Noah holds two masters degrees, one in Real Estate Development and one in City Planning, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
